What is FAE & ME jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is made from sterling silver, with pieces finished in either 18k gold plating or rhodium plating. Everything is nickel and lead-free, and we choose our materials with everyday wear in mind.
Will my jewellery tarnish?

Like all plated jewellery, your piece may naturally change over time with regular wear, particularly with exposure to water, perfume, lotions and other products. Taking a little care of your jewellery will help keep it looking its best for longer. We recommend keeping it dry, removing it before showering or swimming, and storing it safely when you're not wearing it.
Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 12 month warranty covering faulty items. If something isn't quite right with your piece, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.
What is your returns policy?

We want you to absolutely love your FAE & ME piece! If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets our returns conditions. You can find all the details on our returns page.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and will be delivered:

UK: 4-6 working days (Scotland 8-10 working days)

USA & Canada: 8-10 working days

Europe: 10-12 working days

Australia & New Zealand: 10-12 working days

Yes. Every FAE & ME jewellery piece arrives in its own beautifully packaged box, so you can send it straight to someone special or keep it ready for your next gifting moment. We also offer gift bags to make the gifting experience extra special
